Should your home address change at any time during the semester, please submit a Change of Permanent Home Address form to the Enrollment Services Office, 224 South Hall. The form is available online on the Registrar’s Office “Forms” page. The Registrar’s Office webpage is at http://esd.mansfield.edu/registrar/. If you are submitting the form and it is less than two months away from Commencement, please also e-mail Ryan Stanley in the Enrollment Services office at rstanley@mansfield.edu so that he has the correct address to mail your diploma.
