Commencement participants who are physically challenged and need special arrangements should notify me of this as soon as possible. This should be listed on the participation form.
If you have guests who have special seating needs, please list it on the reply form. Other family members will also be able to be seated with the family members in need of special seating; however we do ask that the number of these family members be kept to a minimum. The general ticket will cover this seating also. Please list the count on the form.
A sign language interpreter will be available for the ceremony. If we know of your need for this service, you or your guest will be seated close to the interpreter.
If you personally or a family/friend have ANY of these needs, please list them on the participation form and return it to Mary Lou Stroud. 510 North Hall.
Campus police will be on hand to direct people to special parking areas. Ushers will be available to direct and assist individuals to this seating area. We will have 4 wheelchairs on hand and volunteers to assist with this process.
