Alumni Survey
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Act 101 Alumni web page.
The Act 101 Program is very important to some student's success both academically and socially during their years as a student at Mansfield University. The services provided by Act 101 are essential in promoting leadership, responsibility, and the belief that participating in the program helps to enhance one's ability to succeed in one's chosen career path.
A strong Act 101 Program will aid retention and assessment of the program. One way of strengthening our Act 101 Program at Mansfield is to build strong ties with its Alumni. There are several ways our Alumni can assist the program including participation in a Career Day, Workshop, Mentoring Program, or Job-Shadowing. Alumni may even have their own ideas on how they can help!
I ask that if you are an Act 101 Alumnus, you please consider coming back to the Act 101 family to discuss your experiences, contribute some valuable advice about the "real" world or study tips, mentor a student, or allow students to see your end of things in the working world.
All of these opportunities to become a passionate and active member of the Act 101 Alumni community would significantly contribute to the strength and support of the program.
If you are an Act 101 Alumnus, please assist the Act 101 Program in establishing an Alumni Database by completing the following survey. Your survey in the participation will be greatly appreciated! The data from this survey will be collected by the Act 101 Graduate Assistant, Casey Carleton. For further questions, please contact Casey by e-mail: carletonce14@mounties.mansfield.edu.
Thank you for your time and consideration of the Act 101 Program!
Sincerely,

Nikki Wilson
