How to Make an Appointment with an Act 101 Peer Mentor
· Go to the Mansfield University homepage
· At the top of the page, click on A to Z Index
· Scroll down to the letter “T” and click on TutorTrac
· Log in using the first part of your email address (without the @mounties.mansfield.edu) as your user name and you seven-digit student ID number as your password.
· After you are logged in, click on Make Appointment at the top of the page
· Make sure the dates in Available from & Available to match with what you are looking for
· Now, there are one of two ways you can proceed
o Choose your mentor’s name from the drop-down tutor list and click search, OR
o Scroll all the way to the bottom of the tutor list on the right hand side, choose ACT-101-Peer-Mentor, and click search.
§ All ACT 101 peer mentors will then show under Search Results so you can locate your mentor’s available hours for a day that suits your schedule
· Once you find an appointment that will work for you, click on the Availability time
· Verify that the information (mentor, date, time, etc) is correct on and Save the Appointment
· WRITE IT IN YOUR PLANNER SO YOU DO NOT FORGET!!
How to Make an Appointment with an Act 101 Tutor
· Visit the ACT 101 Webpage (MU Homepage à A to Z Index à ACT 101); click on Tutors/Mentors
· Locate who tutors the course you need help with
o If you cannot find what you are looking for, contact your ACT 101 Advisor
· Scroll back to the top of that page and click where is says “To make an appointment with an Act 101 tutor or peer mentor, Click here.”
· Log in using the first part of your email address (without the @mounties.mansfield.edu) as your user name and you seven-digit student ID number as your password.
· After you are logged in, click on Make Appointment at the top of the page
· Make sure the dates in Available from & Available to match with what you are looking for

o Search by subject by using the box on the right hand side to locate your class section, and click search.

How to Make an Appointment with a Learning Center Tutor
· Visit the Learning Center website to view a complete list of tutors by subject (http://mansfield.edu/learning-center//tutors/)
· Once you have found a tutor, click on the TutorTrac link at the top of the page listed above
· Log in using the first part of your email address (without the @mounties.mansfield.edu) as your user name and you seven-digit student ID number as your password.
· After you are logged in, click on Make Appointment at the top of the page
· Make sure the dates in Available from & Available to match with what you are looking for
· Now, there are one of two ways you can proceed
o Choose a tutor’s name from the drop-down tutor list and click search, OR

What to Do if Your Tutortrac Account isn't Working
· If you are a new student, you may not yet have a Tutortrac account set up.
· TutorTrac access may be blocked due to missing two or more scheduled appointments.
