Our Mission: We strive to create ideas that deepen and advance the understanding of the disciplines within our business program. These ideas develop innovative, principled, and insightful leaders who contribute to their local communities, the state, and, ultimately, the world.

Our Goal: We seek to attract students with strong leadership potential and engage in an academically rigorous, mutually-responsible learning process, enhanced by interdisciplinary scholarship and community engagement.
