Mansfield’s chemistry education program is recognized by the American Chemical Society as meeting standards for high-quality undergraduate chemistry programs. Students will receive a thorough grounding in chemistry, sufficient to continue on to graduate school as a student of chemistry.
At the same time, chemistry education majors study the skills of teaching with inspiring faculty committed to helping you to reach your potential as an educator, including hands-on courses, extensive field work, and experience with adapting instruction to meet a variety of student needs.
