The Grants Development Office would like to recognize all of the faculty, staff, and students who received grant funding from external agencies for research, education and training programs, arts and cultural programs, and public service projects.
Chris Shegan: State Homeland Security Grant Program, funded by PEMA Homeland Security, $14,572.
Barb Butcher: Constable Training Program, funded by Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, $361,574.
Gary McIntyre: Visiting Professional Workshop, funded by the PA Association of Broadcasters, $2,700.
Cyndi Compton: Adult Literacy, funded by Dollar General Literacy Foundation, $11,600.
Larry Schankman: Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian Program, funded by the Institute of Museum and Library Sciences, $999,940.
Greg Carson: Chemistry Modeling Program, funded by Corning Inc., $74,778.
Nanci Werner-Burke: The Endless Mountiains Writing Project, funded by the National Writing Project, $35,000.
Susan Lazara: Simulation in Nursing, funded by PASSHE FPDC, $6,000.
Ben Moritz & Jennifter Demchak: First Year Seminar Training Program, funded by PASSHE FPDC, $4,500.
Nursing & Nutrition: funded by HRSA Scholarships for Disadvantaged Students, $15,348.
Student Support Services: The TRIO Student Support Services program, funded by the United States Department of Education, $238,496 annually for five years.
