Phi Mu Alpha

 

Phi Mu Alpha (FMA) national fraternity for men with an interest in music and was founded on October 6, 1898 at New England Conservatory of Music. Phi Mu Alpha, Beta Omicron Chapter at Mansfield University was installed in 1931. On the national level, FMA supports Mill’s Music Mission.

The Object of this Fraternity shall be for the development of the best and truest fraternal spirit; the mutual welfare and brotherhood of musical students; the advancement of music in America and a loyalty to the Alma Mater.
