5-Star:

Letter of recognition to Inter/National Headquarters (July 1st)
Group representative invited to, and recognized at, The Outstanding Student Service Award Banquet in the Spring
Plaque/Award in Greek Display Case
Recognition in Flashlight

Probationary status for one semester, with the understanding that:
- A 3-Star ranking (at least) will be obtained the next consecutive semester
  - After obtaining the 3-Star ranking, the group must maintain 3-Star status for at least 1 year
- The group must appear before the Order of Omega committee at the beginning of the next consecutive semester with specific semester plans/goals
- If a 3-Star ranking is not obtained, the group must appear before the Order of Omega at the beginning of the next semester for possible suspension
Inter/National Headquarters will be notified of probationary status

Probationary status for one semester, with the understanding that:
- A 2-Star ranking (at least) will be obtained the next consecutive semester at which time, the group will follow those guidelines
- The group must appear before the Order of Omega committee:
  - at the beginning of the semester with specific semester plans/goals
  - at mid-term to assess progress
  - at the end for a final assessment
- If 2-Star ranking is not obtained by the final meeting, the Order of Omega will determine the chapter’s terms of suspension
Inter/National Headquarters will be notified of probationary status
Representative (preferably the President or IFC/Panhel officer) will meet with the Greek Advisor on a weekly basis throughout the probationary semester.

Organizations will be recognized for achieving the highest point total in the following categories (displayed on paddle in Manser Dining Hall)

*Community Service Hours
*Charitable Donation Total
*Highest Overall Total
