The Fitness Center has:

A Reception and Equipment Desk Administrative Offices

Recreation AreaA 24,000 sq. ft. wood-floored multi-purpose recreation area with:

  • 3 regulation basketball courts
  • 9 volleyball courts
  • 9 badminton & pickleball courts
  • 2 indoor soccer courts
  • fitness jogging & walking area (9 laps/mile)
  • 5 racquetball & wallyball courts

A 3,000 sq. ft. Fitness/Exercise Room with cardiovascular and selectorized weight machines.

Guidelines for Equipment Checkout

  1. RacquetballBasketballs, volleyballs, wallyball, racquetballs/racquets, eye protectors, indoor soccer balls, pickleball paddles, pickleball, badminton racquets, shuttlecocks, tennis racquets, tennis balls, outdoor soccer balls, football, softballs, softball gloves, and softball bats may be checked out by turning in your MU ID card at the Reception Desk.
  2. Participants are responsible for equipment checked out and will be charged for equipment that is broken.
  3. Individuals who bend racquetball, tennis or badminton racquets will have their ID/Member card held until they pay the cost of a new racquet. The bent racquet then becomes the property of the person paying for the bent racquet.
  4. Outdoor equipment that has been checked out, must be returned the same day it has been checked out. There is a $1.00/day late check in fine. Individuals ID cards will not be returned until the fine has been paid.
  5. Personal items including keys, IDs and wallets can not be left at the Reception Desk other than when accompanying your ID for checking out equipment.
