One Card Web Portal

   New 

We have upgraded to a new online system. Please click login to the right (or links highlighted in blue below) to proceed to the new website.

 

Students: Use your campus services ID and Password. If you don't know it, go to https://info.mansfield.edu/myaccount/

 

Staff\Faculty: Use your email login and password WITHOUT the @mansfield.edu  Example: amiller@mansfield.edu would be amiller for the login.

 

Also...remember to delete any favorites to the old site.

The MU One Card website portal is always available for online deposits of Mountie Money and Flex. In addition to making deposits, the portal will allow you to view your Flex and Mountie Money fund balances and review statements for expenditures.

Guest Deposits

Discover CardMastercardVisaThe Portal will also allow guest deposits. This way family can add funds to your card from any web accessible PC with a Visa, Master Card, or Discover! just click on "Make Deposit" in the "Make a Depsoti to a Cardholder's Account" area. You will need the students 7 digit Student ID number.

Freeze Your Card!

If you have lost your card, please freeze it as soon as possible! You can do this by logging into the portal and clicking on the “Suspend Card” tab. If you find the card, come to the One Card Office to have it re-activated. Please have the ID with you or another form of picture identification such as a driver’s license or passport.

 

  • You can now pay your parking fines and permits with Mountie Money.

  • Residence Life now accepts Mountie Money for Microfridge rentals.

  • Look for our new off campus merchants accepting Mountie Money

  • Check out the Security page for instructions on the new door access
