Microfridge form - Fall 09/Spring 10

MicroFridges are available for the low rental fee of $130.00 for two semesters (fall and spring). If you and your roommate are going to share the cost of the rental fee, arrange money in advance as the agreement can only be issued in one person’s name. The rental agreement will be issued in that person’s name. If you will not be on campus for the spring 2010 semester due to graduation, student teaching, internship, etc. a unit may be rented for $70.00.  Note:  All units returned early for any reason involve a proration of fees and a $25 handling fee.

            To reserve: Pay the full amount by August 1^st, and we will guarantee you a unit. We cannot guarantee availability after this date.  Our goal is to accommodate all students, but the demand is very high.

 MicroFridges will be delivered to your room when you check in, in August. Any damages to the MicroFridge during the school year that are not considered a result of normal use will be assessed as room damages at the end of the academic year and will be added to the student’s room damage assessment. The unit must be defrosted and cleaned at the time of pickup. A cleaning fee of $25.00 will be assessed to anyone leaving a unit dirty. The charge for a missing MicroFridge is $400, replacement fee.
