Housing & Meal Plans

Housing:

Housing for Summer 2009 is in Pinecrest Manor. Double & single rooms are available.

Session IA & IB:

• Check in on May 17, 2009 from 2:00 - 7:00 PM (IA and/or IA & IB)
• Check out on June 5, 2009 (1A Only)
• Check in on June 7, 2009 from 2:00 - 7:00 PM (IB)
• Check out on June 26, 2009 (1B)
• Students staying for Session II do not need to check out.

Session II:

• Check in on June 28, 2009 from 2:00 - 7:00 PM
• Check out on August 1, 2009

Meals:

The summer meal plan is a 10 meal plan. Brunch is served from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm Monday through Friday and dinner is served from 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Session IA & IB

• Meals begin with brunch on May 18, 2009
• Memorial Day (Monday, May 25, 2009) - NO food service
• Meals end with dinner on June 25, 2009
• If staying for both session I & II, no meals will be served June 26, 27, or 28.

Session II

• Meals begin with brunch on June 29, 2009
• No meals will be served on July 3, 2009
• Meals end with dinner on July 31, 2009
• Additional meals will be available on a cash basis when the dining center is open.

Application Form:

Please submit your Housing & Meal Plan Application Form in a timely fashion in order to ensure your room reservation.
