Spring 2009 Phonathon

We have come to expect great things from our Phonathon campaigns. During the months of March and April, our student callers raised $100, 000 in pledged support of Mansfield University. It was with the help of alumni, friends, and family support that dollars are raised to support the quality education provided on our campus.

Josh's favorite part of phonathon is getting to hear the great stories from alumni who enjoyed their time on MU's campus.

By phoning from a call center right here at MU, the students are able to connect with alumni and friends and then walk out the door and see the positive impact of that support on their campus.

By setting a goal to contact the consistent supporters of Mansfield, and strive to create strong bonds with young alumni, we have been very successful in reaching our goals. Continued support provides needed resources for MU’s students in their quest to become tomorrow’s leaders.

Thank you to all who have helped us in support of the Mansfield Annual Fund and for taking the time to speak with our callers. It's a great experience for them to connect with alumni as they soon will join you and call this their alma mater too.

Fall 2008 Phonathon

Our fall Phonathon raised $151,000 in just 6 weeks of calling. Some MU supporters were looking to get their gift in before the end of the calendar year and most had wonderful conversations with our student callers. These students provided excellent information about scholarship needs and programs of that interest a broad range of alumni throughout the calling sessions.
